If you ever find yourself down by the river in Kolkata, you might see the Diamond Heritage building at 16 Strand Road. Ownstyle Enclave LLP is located way up on the 15th floor. It’s a pretty high building, and being up there means we get a good look at the city and the Hooghly river. The 700001 area is right in the heart of old Kolkata, so it’s always crowded and full of life. Our office is a busy place. Since we are an LLP, we have a few partners who are always in and out. We focus on enclaves and property projects around the region. It isn't always easy work, especially with how busy Strand Road gets. Finding parking is almost impossible some days. We don't have any flashy brochures or a big marketing team. Most of our work comes from just being around and doing the job. We keep a lot of maps and blueprints lying around the office. It can look a bit messy, but we know where everything is. The 15th floor is a long way up if the lift is broken, but luckily that doesn't happen too often. We are just a group of people who like working in this part of town and getting things built. There is usually someone making tea in the corner while we look over the latest site plans.
