Outbuild Housing Llp is tucked away on the ground floor of 18/2 Deodar Street. We are in the 700019 area of Kolkata. It’s a decent spot, relatively easy to get to. We spend our days dealing with housing projects, which basically means a lot of logistical headaches and making sure the crews have what they need. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a place with a few desks and a lot of files. We don't use big words or try to sell ourselves with fancy brochures. Most of the work comes from being reliable and showing up when we say we will. Building houses in a city like this is always a challenge. There’s never enough space and always something unexpected popping up in the ground or with the supplies. We just take it as it comes. The people working here have been in the trade for a long time. We know the local neighborhoods well. Sometimes the work is slow and tedious, and other times it’s a mad rush to get a phase finished. We don't mind either way, as long as the job gets done. It’s a simple business model based on just doing the work. We aren't interested in being fancy. We just want to put up houses that people can actually live in without any problems later on.
