Otes Enclave Llp

If you look for us, we are at 1002 E M Bypass in the front block. It is a busy spot in Kolkata. Otes Enclave Llp is where we handle various real estate and enclave projects. The traffic on the Bypass is almost always heavy, so getting to the office can be a bit of a challenge in the mornings. Once we are inside, it is mostly quiet except for the phones. We have been working from this location for some time now. We are not a huge team, just a few people who know how the local building scene works. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and plans on the big table. The front block gives us a good view of the road. We get a lot of walk-ins asking about projects, and we just tell them how it is. No fancy brochures or big promises, just facts about the land and the buildings. Some days are slow and we just catch up on filing. Other days are hectic with site visits and meeting with engineers. We try to keep our overhead low and our work honest. The office has a lot of natural light, which is nice when you are stuck inside all day. We deal with the usual Kolkata heat and the monsoon rains like everyone else. It is a decent place to work and we get the job done without much complaining or making things complicated.
