Optimum Granites Private Limited is run from Flat 1C in the Mrinmoy Apartment building. We are located at 36 Ghosh Para in the Haltu area of Kolkata. It’s more of a residential neighborhood, so it stays a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs. We deal with granite, which is heavy and serious work. The office is where we handle the orders and the logistics of moving stone from quarries to customers. We don't have a big showroom here, mostly just samples and catalogs spread out on the table. It's a small operation, and we like to keep it simple. The apartment building is easy to find once you are on Ghosh Para. We’ve been working from this spot for a while, and it suits us fine. There’s a lot of coordination needed with transporters and suppliers. Sometimes things get delayed at the site, and we have to spend all day on the phone sorting it out. We aren't a big corporate entity with hundreds of employees. We are just a few people who know the granite business inside and out. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure our clients get what they ordered. It’s not always glamorous work, and the office can get a bit dusty with all the paperwork, but we get it done. We value being direct and honest in how we work. That’s our life here in Haltu, just managing stones.
