Optimax Construction Llp

Optimax Construction LLP is located in a high-rise at 106D, Narkeldanga North Road. Specifically, we are on the 7th floor, Flat 7M in Block B. Being up that high gives us a pretty good view of the Narkeldanga area, even if the windows are a bit smudged. The building is a bit of a maze, LP-8/8, and it takes people a minute to find the right elevator. Our office is a busy place. Since we are an LLP, we have various partners coming in and out at all hours. There is always a stack of documents waiting to be signed on the main table. The air conditioning hums in the background, which is nice because it gets hot up on the 7th floor. We don't have any fancy art on the walls, just some calendars and a clock that’s five minutes fast. People here are usually focused on their screens or talking on their mobiles. It’s a very functional space. We don't spend money on expensive carpets or designer furniture. Everything we have is built for work. Sometimes the lift breaks down and we have to use the stairs, which isn’t great, but it’s part of the experience of being in this building. We’ve been here in Kolkata for a bit and we’ve gotten used to the noise from the road below. It’s just a regular office where we get the construction work sorted.
