On Own As Surveyor Valuer Consultant

Our office is tucked away in Flat AI 112 on P Sarat Ghosh road. It’s not your typical storefront where you can see everything from the street. Since we work as surveyors, valuers, and consultants, most of our time is spent looking at blueprints, maps, or out on various sites checking things for people. The flat gives us a quiet place to handle all the paperwork that comes with this kind of job. It’s not a polished corporate environment. You’ll see stacks of files and measuring equipment leaning against the walls. We’ve been doing this for long enough that we don’t feel the need to dress up in suits every day. We just wear what’s comfortable for the job. The area around P Sarat Ghosh is usually humming with activity, but once you’re inside the flat, it’s peaceful enough to get the calculations right. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of sales people. Most of the people who call us are doing so because they have a specific problem with a property or need a valuation done for some official reason.
