Om Bina Developers Llp

We are located over at 16Ic Bose Road. Om Bina Developers Llp is basically just a small team of us working on various building projects. It's nothing too flashy. Most of our mornings start with a lot of tea and looking over site plans that are spread out across the desks. We've been at this for a bit. The office gets quite loud when the phones start ringing all at once. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It is just us handling the permits and making sure the supplies show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes the weather slows things down, which is frustrating, but that's just how it goes in this line of work. We try to stay busy and keep our heads down. People in the neighborhood know where to find us if they have questions about what's going up down the street. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things get a bit messy with all the different moving parts. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do the work and move on to the next thing. You might see our trucks around the area. It’s a pretty simple operation we have going here. We like the location on Bose Road because it’s easy for the crew to get to. There is always something to fix or a new problem to solve every day. It keeps us quite occupied from Monday to Saturday.
