Ofir Realty Private Limited is based at 888/2, Madhurdahpo- East Kolkata Township Project. It’s a neighborhood that is always busy with something new being built or people moving in. Our office is a very basic setup. We don’t have any of the polished look you might expect from a bigger company. It’s just a room with desks, some chairs, and a lot of folders where we keep all our records. We handle real estate work, which means our days are filled with looking over contracts and making sure our projects are on the right track. The address at 888/2 is right in the heart of the action in Madhurdah. We like being here because it’s close to the sites we are working on. It can get a bit loud during the day with all the construction and the traffic nearby, but we’ve gotten used to it. The building itself is nothing special, but it’s sturdy and keeps us dry when it rains. We have a couple of old fans that keep the air moving during the hotter months. Ofir Realty is a small operation and we don’t have any fancy bells or whistles. We just focus on doing our jobs and making sure we stay on top of the paperwork. Most of the time we are either on the phone or out meeting people at different locations. We don’t use any corporate talk. We’re just a local realty company working in the township area.
