Office Assistant

Our small office is located at No 1 Gurdah in Poshyamnagar, which is in the North 24 Parganas district of West Bengal. We work as office assistants here. It is not a large company with a lot of branches. It is just this one spot where we handle the daily tasks that keep a business or a household's paperwork in order. We have been at this address for a while and we are used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. Mostly, we spend our time organizing files, updating registers, and doing basic clerical jobs. It is not very flashy work, but it is important. People from around Poshyamnagar come to us when they have a form they don't understand or if they need some documents sorted out. We have a simple desk and the basic supplies we need. Sometimes the power goes out in this part of West Bengal, and we just have to wait it out. It is part of the job. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on people knowing we are here. We try to be as helpful as we can with the work that is brought to us. It is just a few of us making a living by being useful with paperwork and office chores. We like the quiet life here and we plan to keep doing this for a long time.
