Octrade Builders Llp

Our office is located at 48 Ezra Street, right in Office No 104 on the first floor. It is the same building where a lot of other trade businesses are based, so it’s always lively. Octrade Builders Llp is a small team of people. We spend most of our hours here or out looking at building progress at various locations. Ezra Street is always crowded, and you really have to watch your step with all the handcarts and delivery guys moving around. Our office is simple. We have a few chairs, a couple of desks, and a lot of binders full of project notes and old receipts. We don’t use any fancy software for everything; sometimes a pen and paper are still the best way to explain a change to a wall or a floor plan to a worker. We know the other shop owners around here well, so there is always someone dropping by for a quick chat or to borrow a stapler. It’s a very local feel. We handle various building tasks, mostly focusing on making sure the materials arrive and the labor is doing what they should. It’s not a glamorous job at all. There is a lot of dust and noise to deal with, but that’s just the reality of construction work. We’ve been here for a while and we plan on staying for the long haul. We just take things one day at a time and try to finish our work properly.
