Now Counter Sels

We've been here at 144 28Barui Para Lane in Kolkata for a bit now. It's just a small spot where we handle Now Counter Sels. People come in, they look at what we have, and they buy what they need. It’s pretty straightforward. The lane can get a little crowded sometimes, but that’s just how it is around here. We open up in the morning and stay until we’re done for the day. My cousin helps out sometimes when things get busy. We don’t have any big signs or anything flashy. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them where we are. It’s a simple setup. We keep the counter tidy as much as we can, though papers tend to pile up by the end of the week. Kolkata weather can be tough, so we have a small fan that runs all day. Sometimes we sit and have tea while waiting for the next person to walk through the door. It isn't a massive operation or anything like that. We just focus on getting things handled right there at the counter. If you happen to be walking down Barui Para Lane, you’ll see us. We’ve known the neighbors for years. There’s nothing too complicated about how we run things here. Just a local place doing what we do every day without much fuss and keeping things moving along. It is what it is, really.
