North Star International

You can find North Star International at P-289 on C.I.T Road, in the Sch-Ivm area. It’s a busy stretch of road with a lot of different businesses and people constantly moving back and forth. Our office is located in one of those older buildings that has been around for decades. Inside, it’s a mix of old wooden furniture and newer stacks of paperwork. We deal with international trade, which means we’re often on the phone at odd hours or waiting for documents to arrive from overseas. C.I.T Road is a well-known spot, so getting here isn't too hard, though parking can be a real headache some days. We’ve been operating from this location for quite a while now. The walls are covered with maps and calendars to keep track of everything. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass walls. It feels more like a place where people actually work. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time talking to agents and shippers. Sometimes the rain makes the street outside quite messy, but we just keep going. We don't really do much in the way of marketing. Most people find us because they’ve worked with us before or someone they know suggested our name. It’s a small team here, and everyone knows what they need to do. We just focus on the logistics and making sure the shipments get to where they’re supposed to go and nothing gets lost.
