Our local setup is in the Pratyasha Apartment building, which is at 177 Ellora Road in the Kolkata-75 area. It’s a residential-style building, so it doesn't look like a typical tech office from the outside. We’ve got our space there where we handle the networking and telecommunications stuff. It’s a lot of technical work, dealing with towers and signals and making sure everything stays connected. The team here is mostly engineers and technicians who spend their time looking at blueprints or checking data on their laptops. Ellora Road can be a bit busy, but our spot in the apartment is usually calm enough to get things done. We don’t have a big corporate sign out front. Most people who come here already know where we are. We spend a lot of time coordinating with other teams across the city. It’s the kind of job where if everything is working right, nobody notices you, which is fine by us. We deal with some equipment issues now and then, and sometimes the weather in Kolkata makes our job a bit harder, especially when it rains heavy. We just keep at it, day by day. It’s not a glamorous lifestyle, just a lot of checking cables and monitoring systems. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. It’s just where we work at Nokia Siemens Networks, and we take the tasks as they come without making much of a fuss about it.
