Nls Infrastructure & Developer Private Limited has its office at 42 Hindustan Park, right on the first floor. It’s a classic Kolkata neighborhood, so the building has that old-school feel to it. Being in the city means there’s always a lot of background noise—horns honking and people shouting—but once you get up to the first floor, it’s a bit calmer. The office is filled with the usual stuff: desks, some old computers, and stacks of blueprints that have been rolled up and tied with string. We’ve been working out of this West Bengal office for a while now, focusing on various infrastructure tasks and development projects around the city. It’s not a fancy place by any means. The paint is peeling a little in the corners, and the filing cabinets are getting a bit full. We spend most of the day coordinating with contractors and trying to navigate the city's building codes. It's a lot of back-and-forth communication. When people visit, they usually find us huddled over a table looking at site maps or arguing about the best way to lay out a foundation. We don't go in for big presentations. We just show the work as it is. It’s a busy life here in Kolkata, and we are just one part of the constant building and growing that happens every day in this neighborhood.
