Our company, Nirwan Properties Llp, is based at Ambika Gardens, 23 Raja Santosh Road in the 700027 area of Kolkata. This part of West Bengal is quite nice, especially with all the greenery around Raja Santosh Road. We are in a residential complex called Ambika Gardens, which makes the office feel very secure and quiet. Most of our day is spent dealing with different kinds of property deals. We have a few desks set up and some filing cabinets where we keep all the deeds and paperwork. It’s not a high-pressure environment; we just take things as they come. Sometimes we have clients come over and we sit in the small lounge area to discuss their requirements. We don't use any fancy brochures or slick presentations. We just talk like normal people and explain what is available on the market. The commute to the office is usually okay, though the rain can make the roads a bit messy during the monsoon season. We like being in this part of town because it feels a bit more relaxed than the city center. We keep ourselves busy with the local real estate scene and try to stay organized with our records. It is a straightforward business and we don't feel the need to make it sound more complicated than it actually is. We just want to get through our list of tasks and make sure the property files are in order.
