NIRWAN INFRA PROJECTS LLP

We have been working out of the ground floor here at Annapurna building for a while now. Most days you’ll find us busy with paperwork or out at sites across West Bengal. It’s a bit of a crowded area on Lord Sinha Road, but it’s where we started. We handle infrastructure work. It isn't always pretty. Some days are just spent fixing logistics or dealing with materials that didn't arrive on time. People know us as Nirwan Infra Projects LLP. We aren't a big flashy company with a huge PR team. It’s just us here, making sure things get built properly. We have some chairs for visitors, though usually, we are just moving around. The office at 12A is a practical spot. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear, but we manage. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we set up shop. Construction is hard work and it involves a lot of coordination between different people. We keep our tools and files organized as best as we can. If you walk past the ground floor, you’ll see our sign. There’s no fancy lobby or anything, just a desk and some people working. We deal with the local weather and the typical city delays like everyone else here. It’s honest work and we take it day by day. We've got a lot of old ledgers sitting around and some dusty blueprints that we still need to file away properly. That’s just life here.
