Nirwan Housing Llp

We run Nirwan Housing from our office in Ambika Gardens, which is at 23 Raja Santosh Road in Kolkata. It’s a nice enough part of town, a bit quieter than the main streets but still has plenty going on. We’ve been set up here for a while now, focusing on housing projects. The office isn't anything fancy, just a couple of rooms where we keep our files and meet with people who are interested in our work. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of salespeople. It's mostly just us handling the day-to-day tasks. Raja Santosh Road has a lot of history, and we like being part of this neighborhood. Sometimes the humidity in Kolkata makes it hard to get motivated, but there's always something to be done. We deal with a lot of different people, from laborers to city officials, and it can be a bit of a headache sometimes. But we’ve learned how to manage. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees. We are just a local LLP trying to do decent work and stay in business. If you walk into our office, you’ll probably see us buried under a pile of maps or talking on the phone with a supplier. It’s a bit messy, but that’s how you know we are actually working. We keep things simple and honest because that is the only way we know how to operate.
