Nirwan Enclave Llp

We are located over at Ambika Gardens, specifically 23 Raja Santosh Road. It’s a decent area in Kolkata, 700027. Nirwan Enclave Llp isn't some giant corporation with hundreds of staff. It’s more of a tight-knit operation where we all know each other’s business. The building is called Ambika Gardens and it has a bit of a quiet feel compared to the main roads. We spend our time working on property development and management stuff. To be honest, some days are just spent waiting for phone calls or dealing with the local authorities. It’s not always exciting but it’s what we do. The office has a few plants that we try to keep alive, though we forget to water them sometimes. We like being on Raja Santosh Road because it feels like a real part of the city, not some fake business district. There’s a bit of greenery around which is nice for when we take a break. We’ve been here for a while and don't really plan on moving. It's a comfortable spot for us. Most of the people who come to see us are locals or folks looking for something specific in this neighborhood. We don’t do any of that flashy advertising you see on billboards. We just sit here, do the work, and hope for the best. It’s a simple way to run a business. We like the quiet here.
