We are NIRVANA RESIDENCY PRIVATE LIMITED, and our office is right at 2, Bhuban Mohan Roy Road in the Sakherbazar area of Kolkata. Sakherbazar is a very lively place with a lot of markets and people moving around at all hours. Our building is right in the thick of it. We have a small team here that looks after property management and residency stuff. The office is basically just one main room with some desks and a lot of folders. We don't have any high-tech gadgets or a big fancy reception area. When you come in, you just see us working. We know many of our neighbors because we’ve been in this spot for a good while. Sometimes the noise from the market outside is quite loud, but we’ve learned to work through it. We spend our time talking to clients, filling out forms, and making sure all the property details are correct. It’s a very hands-on kind of job. We don't use big, complicated words to describe what we do. We just help people find a place to live or manage the homes they already have. We have our tea breaks, we talk about the local football scores, and we get our work finished. It’s a real, local business run by people who understand the neighborhood and the people who live here in Sakherbazar. It is not always perfect, but we do our best each day.
