Nirguna Builders Llp

We are based at 12C Chakraberia Road in Kolkata. It is a simple office where we handle our building projects. We mostly work on residential stuff but we take on other things too if the fit is right for us. The space is filled with old blueprints and samples of tiles and wood. It can get a bit dusty with all the samples lying around. We aren't really the type to have a polished corporate image. We are more comfortable in work boots than suits. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or checking on materials. We make sure the walls are straight and the roofs don't leak. It is basic stuff but it matters to the people living there. We've been in this part of town for a good while now. You get to know the neighbors and the other tradespeople around here. We just try to do a solid job and move on to the next one. We don't have a big marketing department. Usually, the phone rings because someone saw one of our sites or heard about us from a friend. It is a steady way to work and it keeps us busy. We like the local feel of the 700020 area. It feels like home to us and we plan on staying here for a long time. There is a lot of history in these streets and we like being part of it. The office door is always open during business hours.
