Nilkanth Nirman Llp is located over at 1/5E Manoharpukur Ii Nd Lane in Kolkata. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, but it works well for us. We’ve been running our construction business from here for a while now. It’s a typical city lane, sometimes a bit crowded with traffic or people walking, but it’s our home base. We spend most of our mornings getting things ready in the office and then heading out to wherever the current project is happening. Building stuff is what we know. It involves a lot of dusty clothes and long phone calls with suppliers to see where our materials are. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the actual work on the ground. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, and we’ve even been part of some of those changes ourselves. Sometimes the work is slow because of the heavy rains, and other times we are working late into the evening to stay on schedule. That’s just how the building trade is. We don't try to make it sound more glamorous than it actually is. It’s just about putting in the hours and making sure the walls are solid. Our office on the lane is where we keep our records and plan out the next steps for the crew. It’s a simple setup for a straightforward business. We just keep our heads down.
