Our office is down at 11 Ng Basak Road in Kolkata. It’s a part of the city that has its own rhythm. We’ve been here for some time now, and we’re quite settled into the 700080 area. It’s not a corporate glass tower; it’s a more traditional building where we’ve set up our workspace. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our computers. We do a lot of tech support and system work for Niit Technologies Ltd. It’s the kind of job where you have to be patient and look at the details. We aren't big on marketing ourselves with loud slogans. We just let the work speak for itself. Kolkata is a city with a lot of history, and working on Ng Basak Road feels very grounded. The team here is small but we know what we are doing. We have our tea breaks and talk about the local news, then we get right back to the keyboards. It can get humid and hot, but we’ve got our setup to keep things running. We don't try to sound like we are something we aren't. We are just a local branch doing technical work. If you’re in the neighborhood, you might see us coming and going. It’s a straightforward place with no frills. We like it that way because it lets us focus on the tasks at hand. There's plenty to do and we just take it one day at a time.
