It is quite a long name, but the place itself is actually fairly quiet compared to central Kolkata. We are out in the North 24 Pgs district, which means some of us have a longer commute on the local trains every morning. The office is a simple building off the main road. We don't have any flashy lights or big advertisements outside. Inside, you will find a few rooms filled with older computers and some mismatched furniture we’ve picked up over time. There is a small backyard where we sometimes go to take a phone call or just breathe some fresh air. The pace of work here is steady, but we don't rush things like they do in the big tech parks. Most of our neighbors are families, so we try to keep the noise down. We spend our hours managing different internet ventures and keeping things running in the background. It is not the kind of place with a glass elevator or a fancy canteen. We usually just bring our own lunch boxes from home and eat together at the big table in the back.
