You can find us over at 25 Chakraberia Lane in Kolkata. Our office for Nicco Internet Ventures Limited is in a part of the city that feels very tucked away. The lane itself is narrow, which is pretty common for the 700020 area. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but we like the quiet it provides. We don't have a huge gleaming sign outside. It’s a more subtle place. Inside, the rooms are filled with our equipment and desks. We’ve been here for some time, so we know the neighbors and the local tea sellers quite well. The building has that old Kolkata charm, though we’ve tried to keep our workspace practical for what we do. It’s not a polished corporate headquarters by any means. There are some cracks in the walls and the floors have seen better days, but it’s where we get our work done. During the monsoon, you can hear the rain hitting the old roof quite clearly. It’s a very grounded place to work. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Most of us live nearby or take the bus to get into Chakraberia Lane. It’s a simple routine. We come in, do the work, and eventually head home through the same narrow streets we arrived in. Being at number 25 has become a big part of our daily lives over the years.
