Ngms Nirman Llp

We are located in the Shantiniketan Building at 8 Camac Street. Our office is up on the fourth floor, in Room 409. Camac Street is one of those places in Kolkata that is always packed with people and cars, so it’s a very active spot to be based. Ngms Nirman is a small firm that handles construction and building projects. We aren't doing anything fancy; we just focus on getting things built properly. The office is where we do all the boring but necessary stuff, like checking budgets and looking over plans. We have a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One day you might be filing papers, and the next you are out on a site making sure the bricks arrived on time. We don't use a lot of big words or make grand promises. We just tell people what we can do and then we try our best to do it. Being in a big building like Shantiniketan means we have lots of neighbors in different businesses, which is interesting. It’s a professional environment but we keep it pretty casual inside our own four walls. We just want to get through the work list and make sure the projects we take on turn out okay. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we’ve been at it long enough to know the ropes. If the elevator is busy, the stairs are always an option.
