You can find Nextel Constructions Llp on the first floor of the Bikaner Building. We are in Room No. 11, which is at 8/1 Lal Bazar Street. It’s right in the middle of Kolkata’s 700001 area. Being in an older building like this has its own feel. It’s a bit cramped sometimes, but it works for what we do. We handle construction projects across the city from this small office. There’s always a lot of paperwork to go through, and the phone seems to ring at the oddest times. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just focus on the work we have in front of us. Most days involve a lot of coordination between the office and the various sites we’re managing. Lal Bazar is a hectic area, but it’s where a lot of business gets done. We don't have any flashy signs or anything. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they’ve seen our name on a site board. We try to keep things honest and practical. Construction is a tough business with a lot of moving parts, and we just try to keep those parts moving in the right direction. It’s just us here, working through the daily tasks. We don't have a mission statement, we just have a list of things to get done by the end of the day.
