NEMANI PROCON LLP

Nemani Procon LLP is based out of Mayfair Road. We are in Flat 4B, Block B, at number 12. It’s a residential-feeling area in Kolkata 700019, which makes it a bit quieter than being in the middle of a business district. We prefer it that way. Our office is basically just a flat that we’ve converted into a workspace. It makes the whole operation feel a bit more personal. We deal with various procon and construction-related matters. There’s no big sign outside, just a regular door. We don't have a giant staff; it’s just a handful of us making sure everything is running. Sometimes the building's hallway is a bit dark, but once you’re inside, we have everything we need to get the job done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people at different sites around the city. Mayfair Road is a nice enough place to work from. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India. We just want to do our work correctly and keep things moving without any unnecessary drama. It’s a straightforward way of doing business, and it seems to work for us. Most days, we are just sorting through files and making sure the schedules are being met as they should be.
