You can find us over at 12 Mayfair Road, specifically in Flat 4B of Block B. It’s a residential-feeling area in Kolkata, which makes coming to work every day feel a bit more relaxed than being in a high-rise. Nemani Nirman is basically us working on various construction and real estate bits. We use the flat as our main hub for everything. There are always piles of files and samples of materials lying around. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors and checking on how things are going at the sites. Mayfair Road is a nice enough place to be based, and being in a flat means we can actually focus without too much street noise coming through. We aren't a huge team, just a handful of people trying to keep things running smoothly. Some mornings start early with site visits, and other days we are stuck here until late in the evening. There is always something to do. Whether it is looking over a contract or talking to a vendor about bricks and cement, the work never really stops. We don’t go in for flashy offices or big presentations. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us and try to make sure everything gets finished the way it should be. It is just a normal day-to-day operation for us.
