We are Nemani Builders & Realtors Llp and we operate out of 12 Mayfair Road. You can find us in Flat 4B which is in Block B. The zip code here is 700019 in Kolkata. We do a mix of building things and helping people with real estate. It means we are doing two different things at once most of the time. One day we might be looking at a construction site and the next we are showing a property to someone. It keeps the days from being boring. The office is usually a bit of a mess with property listings and building plans everywhere. We aren't really the type to have a polished corporate office. We just need a space to work and meet with people. Being in Mayfair Road is convenient for us. We have been here for a bit and we know the neighborhood well. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it is quiet enough to actually get some paperwork done. We deal with a lot of different people every day from workers to buyers. It is a lot of talking and trying to make sure everyone is on the same page. We don't use any big words or complicated processes. We just try to get the deals done and the buildings finished. It is a simple way of working but it has served us well so far.
