Neelamber Hi-Rise Llp is found at 1002 E M Bypass, specifically in the Front Block. This is in the 700105 area of Kolkata. The EM Bypass is one of the busiest roads in the city, so there is always a lot of traffic passing by our front door. It’s a very modern part of town compared to the older neighborhoods. Our office is in a good spot where we can see the city expanding. It’s a simple space with a few desks and a place for meetings. We don’t go in for luxury interiors. We just need a place to organize our construction projects and talk to our vendors. The office can get a bit dusty because of all the roadwork nearby, but we keep it as clean as we can. We are a practical team. Most of our time is spent on the phone or out at the sites. When we are here, we are usually buried in blueprints or legal papers. It’s a fast-paced environment because of the location. We see the big buses and cars zooming by all day. It reminds us that the city is always moving. We don't use any slick presentations. We just explain what needs to be done. It’s a real, working office where we put in long hours. We’ve been here long enough to see the landscape change completely.
