Neekhra Realcon Private Limited

Our office is tucked away at 4, Synagogue Street. We’re on the sixth floor in Room No. 609, sharing space with The Bengal Rope Works. It’s a bit of an old-school building in the heart of Kolkata. Neekhra Realcon Private Limited is the name on the door, but inside it’s just a few of us trying to keep everything running. We don’t have a big reception area or coffee machines that make lattes. We just have a few desks and some chairs for guests. Being in the 700001 zip code means it’s always crowded outside. We do a lot of property work and consulting. It’s not the most glamorous job, especially when you’re dealing with old records and dusty files. But we’ve been doing this for a while and we know how things work. We don't try to sound like a big corporate firm because we aren't one. We’re just regular people who know a lot about real estate in this part of town. Sometimes the phones won't stop ringing, and other times it's quiet enough to actually get through the stack of mail on the desk. We just take it as it comes. If you need to find us, the elevator can be a bit temperamental, so maybe take the stairs if you're in a hurry. We’re just here doing the work every day without much fuss.
