Nayab Construction Private Limited is over at 382 Sahapur Colony. We’ve been based in this neighborhood for a long time, and we like the feel of the place. Our office is just a regular room where we keep our tools, some samples of bricks and tiles, and a lot of dusty paperwork. That is just how it is when you work in construction. We aren't a massive company with a lot of layers. It is just a few of us who know how to get a building up. We spend most of our time out at the actual work sites, so the office is often empty during the day. When we are there, we are usually trying to catch up on all the bills and permits. It can be a lot of stress when things don't go right, like when the rain ruins a fresh pour of concrete. We just have to start over and keep going. We don't do much advertising because most people find out about us by word of mouth. We try to be fair with our prices and do a solid job. It’s not a perfect business, and we definitely have some long, hard days, but it’s what we know how to do. We are just local builders who take pride in seeing a project finally finished. That’s the whole story.
