We are based in Kolkata, specifically in the Kalyan Nagar area near the Pansila post office. The pin code is 700 112. It’s a local operation we’ve been running for some time now. We handle various construction and building tasks around this part of town. The office is pretty modest, just a room with a few tables and some project maps pinned to the walls. We don't spend much time sitting around though, as we are usually out at the sites making sure things are moving along. Kalyan Nagar is a nice place to work from because it’s a bit away from the main city chaos, but still close enough to get everywhere. We started with small repair jobs and slowly grew into bigger projects. We don't have a big marketing budget or a social media team; we just rely on the work we do. If someone asks for a builder in Pansila, our name usually comes up. It’s just a handful of us doing the planning and managing the labor. Sometimes projects get delayed because of the rain or material issues, but we always try to finish what we started. You might find us at a local tea stall in the morning before we head to the sites. We are just regular people from the neighborhood trying to build things right. It’s a simple business model and it works for us. We've been here since the start and know the local area well enough.
