Our office for Narsingh Developers Llp is at 3A, Ram Mohan Mullick Garden Lane. We are on the 3rd floor in Unit No. 6A. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, but it works for us. The building is regular and the hallway is a little dim, but our unit is where the real work happens. We handle a lot of different things related to development from this small room. There are usually files everywhere and the sound of a printer going in the background. It’s not the kind of place you see in movies about big businesses. It’s just a practical office for regular people. We spend our time talking to vendors, checking on construction schedules, and making sure all the permits are actually in the folder they belong in. Sometimes we have to go out to the sites, so the office might be empty for a few hours. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby with magazines. If you come by, you’ll just see us working at our old desks. We like it this way because it keeps things simple and we don't have to worry about looking fancy for anyone. We don't feel the need to use marketing jargon or pretend we are something we aren't. We are just a local developer trying to do a decent job on the projects we take on. It’s a lot of mundane tasks that add up to something bigger at the end of the day. That is just how we operate here in Kolkata.
