Nanu Buildworth Private Limited has an office at 17 Ganesh Chandra Avenue. We are up on the 3rd Floor in Room No. 301. It is a busy part of Kolkata with a lot of old buildings and narrow streets. We spend our time here working on building and development projects. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view but mostly we are looking at our desks. There are always stacks of blueprints and ledger books around. We are a small team and we don't go in for anything too polished. We just handle the business of building things. Some days the elevator in the building is slow so we take the stairs. It keeps us moving. We have been at Ganesh Chandra Avenue for some time. We do the regular stuff like checking on site progress and talking to the foremen. It is not always easy work and there are plenty of headaches with regulations and supplies. We just take it as it comes. Room 301 is our base of operations. We don't have a receptionist in a suit. You just come in and talk to whoever is at the desk. We are just practical people trying to get things built in the city. It takes a lot of coordination to get a project finished, but we manage it day by day. We've seen a lot of changes on this street over the years.
