We are located at 44 Matheswartalla Road. It’s a part of the city that stays pretty active, and our office is right there in the middle of it. We’ve been working out of this location for a while now. The building is just a normal one, nothing that stands out too much, which is fine by us. Inside, it’s mostly just us working on various development tasks and keeping track of our schedules. We don’t really have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy slogans. We just tell people where we are and what we’re working on. A lot of our time is spent on the phone or out at different sites, so the office can be a bit quiet at times, but there’s usually someone there to answer the door. We handle our business in a very direct way. No fluff, no big promises, just the daily grind of making sure things are built right. It’s a simple setup with a few desks and a place to have tea. We like the local feel of Matheswartalla Road. It keeps us connected to the neighborhood and what's happening nearby. When you come by, you’ll just find a regular group of people trying to do a good job. That’s the reality of Nandini Heights Llp. We just keep moving forward one day at a time without any fuss. It works for us.
