We do construction work which mostly means we are out in the field more than we are in the office. Our space at Naskar Para is where we keep all our records and meet up to plan the next steps for our projects. It is a local business and we know a lot of the people around here. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything. Most people find us just by seeing our work or hearing about us from someone else. We deal with a lot of concrete, steel, and dust. It is not a clean job but it is satisfying to see a building go up from nothing. We have had some tough times when the weather is bad or when we can't get the supplies we need. But we just keep going and find a way to finish. We are just regular people who know how to build things. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just show up and do the work. The office is usually full of maps and site photos. We spend a lot of time arguing over details and making sure things are done right. It is a lot of effort but we wouldn't be doing it if we didn't like it.
