Namco Projects Private Limited

We operate Namco Projects Private Limited from Room 18 on the second floor at 9A Srinath Roy Lane. It’s an old part of Kolkata, and the building has seen better days, but it has character. The lane is narrow, so parking is always a headache. We have a small space here, just enough for a few desks and all our files. We spend most of our time coordinating different projects across West Bengal. It can get pretty cramped in Room 18 when we have a few visitors, but we don't mind the squeeze. The walls are lined with calendars and schedules. We’ve been here for a while and the 700007 area feels like home to us. There’s a certain way things work in this part of the city, and we’ve learned how to navigate it over the years. We aren't a big, polished firm with a glass office. We are just a group of people who know how to manage construction projects. Sometimes the ceiling leaks a little when it rains hard, but we just put a bucket down and keep working. Our days are full of phone calls to contractors and checking on material prices. It’s a simple operation, really. We try to be honest about what we can do and how long it will take. People know where to find us if they need to talk. We are usually here until late.
