Ledertech

Ledertech is situated out in Nalmuri Bhangari 1, right near the Nalmuri Hospital. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but we like being in this part of the 24 Parganas district. The air feels a little different here compared to the city center. Our building is easy to find if you follow the road past the hospital gates. We spend our days dealing with various materials and keeping an eye on the production side of things. It’s a hands-on kind of place. You might see some dust on the shelves or some scraps on the floor, but that is just because we are always busy making something. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we all know each other’s families and what’s going on in the neighborhood. We don't have any big corporate meetings or fancy presentations. Most of our talking happens over a cup of tea in the morning before the real work starts. The weather out here can be tough when the monsoon hits, and the roads get a bit muddy, but we manage. We have a steady rhythm to our days. It is a simple life and a simple way of doing business. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and make sure everything is sorted before we head home in the evening. It is just a normal local workplace.
