Nairit Infrahomes Private Limited is located on the first floor of 17/1, Lansdowne Terrace. We’ve been in this spot in Kolkata for some time now. The pin code is 700026. Working out of an older area like Lansdowne Terrace has its charms, even if parking is a bit of a nightmare sometimes. Our office isn't very large, but we managed to fit everyone in. We spend our hours looking at plans and dealing with the usual property and home stuff. It's mostly just regular office work, answering emails and talking to people who walk in. Some days are quieter than others. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We just focus on what's in front of us. The 1st floor suits us well because we don't have to climb too many stairs when the lift is acting up. It happens more often than we’d like. Being in Kolkata means there is always something going on outside our windows. We are just a group of people trying to run a private limited company without making it too complicated. We handle various infrahomes projects from this desk. It’s hard work, but we are used to it by now. We don't spend much time on fancy websites or slogans. We just stay here at Lansdowne Terrace and keep working through our list of things to do every single day. There’s always plenty of paperwork to keep us occupied until we head home.
