We are located right beside the Kasba New Police Station on Bose Pukur Road. It is 16/2 if you need the exact house number. Being in Kasba, it gets pretty lively around the shop most of the time. We deal with fridges and all kinds of cooling stuff here. Folks around the neighborhood know the spot mostly because of the police station next door. It is a handy landmark for anyone trying to find us. We have got our tools and spare parts scattered around the place. It is not the neatest shop you have ever seen, but we know where everything is kept. Usually, there is some machine being taken apart or put back together on the floor. We just work on what comes in that day. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we keep the old fans going. Sometimes the traffic on Bose Pukur Road is a complete nightmare, but you get used to the noise after a few years. People drop by with their problems, and we see what can be done to help. No fancy waiting room or anything like that here, just a wooden bench and some old newspapers. It is a small operation, just a few of us. We try to be fair and just get the repairs finished. If a part is missing, we just have to wait a day or two for it. That is just how the business goes.
