We are at 10C, Ho Chi Minh Sarani. It is a nice street with a lot of history and big trees that give some shade during the hot months. Our office is a quiet place where we handle property matters. We are an LLP, which is just a fancy way of saying we are a small group of partners working together. We have been in this location for a while now. Every morning, we come in, make some tea, and start looking over the property listings and the legal papers that need attention. It is not always exciting work, but it is what we know. We don't try to sound like a big corporate office. We just speak plain English and try to help people figure out their property issues. Sometimes we have clients who are very stressed about buying a house, so we just sit with them and go through everything step by step. We don't have any hidden fees or complicated contracts. We like being on Ho Chi Minh Sarani because it is central but doesn't feel as chaotic as some other parts of the city. We have a big map of the area on our wall that we use to show people different locations. It is a simple setup and it works for us. We are just regular people doing a regular job in a nice part of town.
