Musaddi Builders Private Limited

We have been based at 10C Ho Chi Minh Sarani for quite a while now. Our office is on the first floor, Room 101, right in the middle of everything. Musaddi Builders Private Limited is basically just us doing what we know best, which is building. Kolkata is a busy city, and being in the 700071 area means we see all the changes happening around us every day. We handle the usual construction work that comes our way. It is mostly about getting the job done right and trying to stay cool in the heat. Some days are much longer than others, especially when the monsoon rains start and mess up our schedules. We started this because we have the skills to build things that last. People come by the office, we sit down to talk about their plans, and we try to figure out how to make it all work within their budget. It is not always an easy process, but it is the work we chose. The office is pretty simple to find if you are familiar with the neighborhood. We do not have a fancy lobby or anything like that, just some desks and chairs where we look over blueprints and drink tea. Dealing with bricks and mortar is messy business, but someone has to do it. We keep our tools ready and our heads down. It is a local operation through and through. You might see us around the site or at a nearby stall. We stay here because it is central and it works for us.
