Mullick Jute Industries Private Limited is situated on Strand Road in Kolkata. We are at 54/4A, right near the Allahabad Bank. If you know Strand Road, you know how incredibly busy it is. There are people, carts, and vehicles everywhere. It is the heart of the old business district. Since we are in the jute industry, being near the river and the old trading hubs makes sense for us. The office is in an older building, the kind with high ceilings and thick walls. It’s a bit dusty because of all the activity outside, but it has character. We spend our days talking about jute batches, orders, and shipping schedules. The 700006 pin code is a very traditional part of the city. We don't have a modern open-plan office. It is more like a series of rooms filled with ledgers and samples. You can hear the constant honking of horns from the street below. We drink a lot of tea to stay focused.
