Our office is situated at 31 Nandlal Mitra Lane in Kolkata. If you know the area, you know it’s one of those classic old Kolkata lanes that has a lot of character. The building is older and has seen a lot of history. We are right there in the middle of everything. It can get quite lively outside with the local vendors and people going about their business. The office inside is simple and a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We don't have much use for fancy furniture or expensive rugs. It’s a place for work, and that’s what we focus on. Sometimes the noise from the street comes in through the windows, but we’ve grown to like it. It feels like we are part of the city’s pulse. We drink a lot of tea and spend our days working through various tasks. There isn't a big hierarchy here; we all just pitch in and get things done. It’s a very practical environment without any of the corporate polish you find in the newer parts of the city. We just like being in this part of Kolkata and doing our thing day by day. It is not always perfect, but it is real and we get the job done.
