MOVE-E-NEXT BUILDERS PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is located right on Purbachal Main Road in Kolkata, which is a pretty active area to be in. We started MOVE-E-NEXT BUILDERS because there was a lot of work to be done in the housing and building sector around here. Being at 844 Purbachal means we see a lot of the changes happening in the neighborhood first-hand. It is a decent place to work from, even if the main road gets crowded during rush hour. We spend most of our mornings checking on various construction sites and the rest of the day is spent talking to suppliers or looking over drawings. It is a lot of back-and-forth work. We are just a group of people who understand how to put buildings together. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. Just desks, some computers, and a lot of rolled-up blueprints that have been used a hundred times. The heat in Kolkata can be tough on the workers, so we try to manage the timing as best as we can. Every project has its own set of problems, like delays with cement or some issue with the land, but we just deal with them one by one as they come up. It’s practical work. We’ve been part of this community for a bit and we like seeing the new structures go up. It feels good to see a finished building where there used to be nothing but an empty plot. We just keep our heads down and do the job.
