In Sector-3 of Saltlake, life moves at a slightly different pace than the rest of the city. Mounthill Realty Pvt. Ltd. is located right here among the blocks and the trees. We like it because it’s a bit quieter, though finding a parking spot can be a real headache some days. Our office is filled with old files and maps of the local area. We spend our mornings checking emails and talking to people who are looking for a new place to live or work. It’s a lot of listening and a lot of driving around to show people different spots. Saltlake has its own quirks, like the way the streets are laid out, and we’ve spent years learning every corner of it. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of people; we’re just a small group trying to keep things organized. The humidity in the afternoons can be tough, so we usually have the fan going full blast while we go over the legal papers. We don't have a lot of marketing stuff or shiny brochures. Most of our work comes from people just walking in or hearing about us from a neighbor. We take our time with things and don't like to rush. It’s about being part of the community here in Sector-3 and just doing what we do every day without too much fuss or extra noise.
