Mott Macdonald Private Limited

We are located in Krishnapur, over at C 41 Appanjan Appt in the Maheshgote Dhalipara area of Kolkata. It is a bit of a trek to get out here sometimes, but the office serves us well. We are Mott Macdonald Private Limited and this branch handles things for the West Bengal region. The building is an apartment complex, so it feels very grounded and local, not like those big industrial parks. It can get pretty humid here during the monsoon, and the roads get a bit waterlogged, but we still make it in to get the work done. Inside, the space is filled with documents and project folders. We spend our days coordinating with various teams and looking over technical specifications. It is a simple life in 700102. We usually walk out to the local stalls for some tea during the afternoon break. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed but we stay focused on the engineering tasks at hand. It is a small team and we know each other's habits by now. There is always someone complaining about the traffic on the main road, but that is just part of being in Kolkata. We don’t have a big sign or anything too loud. We just have our desks and our equipment and we keep moving through the pile of work on our plates every day. It feels like a regular neighborhood office because that is exactly what it is.
