MOTIKA INFRA PROJECTS LLP

We started Motika Infra Projects LLP because we wanted to work on things that actually matter for the city. Our office is tucked away on the second floor of the PS-Plush building on A.J.C. Bose Road. If you know Kolkata, you know how busy this stretch can get, but it’s where we do all our planning. It’s just a small team of us in Room 2A. We spend most of our days looking at drawings and making sure the construction work is moving along like it’s supposed to. Some days are loud, others are just quiet paperwork. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there, we just want to get the projects finished right. Working in infra is messy sometimes, things don't always go according to the initial plan, but we figure it out as we go. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and the locals know where to find us if they need to talk shop. There’s a lot of traffic outside our window, which reminds us how much the city is growing. We handle the technical side of things and the coordination that people usually don't see. It's not glamorous work, but it pays the bills and keeps us busy. If you happen to be near 238A, you might see us coming and going from the site. We just keep our heads down and do the work without much fuss.
