We are located right in the middle of Bowbazar at 208 Bipin Bihari Ganguly Street. If you know the area, you know it's always crowded and full of life, especially with all the jewelry shops around here. We've been operating out of this spot for quite a while now. Our work involves gold and various metals, which is pretty standard for this part of town. The shop isn't huge, but it's enough for us to handle the daily walk-ins and the regular work we do. It gets pretty noisy outside with the trams and the people constantly passing by, but inside we just focus on what's in front of us. Most of our staff live nearby or have been commuting to Bowbazar for decades. We don't really go for big decorations or anything like that. It’s more about the work and making sure things are handled right for everyone who visits. Some days are busier than others, especially around the wedding seasons when everyone is looking for something specific. We just keep our heads down and get the job done. It’s a bit of an old-school way of doing things, but it has worked for us so far. We know the other local business owners on the street too. It’s a tight-knit community here.
